SPINDLE LUBRICATION MACHINE

Zero Leckage Spindle Lubricating machine.

The bearing in the bolster is Clean/Flushed by high pressure flush of oil with one stroke of the gun. This flushed oil sucked back in to the tank by same gun with second stroke.

Above two function, will be carried out with the help of inserting one gun in the bolster.

Flushing oil filtered by efficient micro filter. This micro filter can be clean easily second gun is provided with measuring cup for toping up the blosters with required exact quantity of fresh oil.

Three gear pump for above three operations Mounted on trolley for easy transportation between Ring frames works on 230V AC single phase.
