To reduce teh load on cylinder wire & flat tops, pre - carding Fix Flats System - FFS are added before the material is taken up by cylinder & revolving Flats.

Six Fix Flats at the back with one suction & more knife & Post-carding Fix Flats System - FFS with four Fix Flast and two suctin & mote knives is standard supply.

These Fix Flats can be adjusted individually very easily and exactly. The population of clothing on these Flats & also a number of Fix Flats at front & back is related to material processed.
