High productin cards with production levels above 50kg/hr required equal attention for effective, powerful & continous suction at all operating points.

The air current developed due to rotational speeds of Licker-in, Cylinder and Doffer requires perfect balancing to ensure uniform deposition of fibres of Doffer for uniform C. V. % of Sliver produced.

The suctin system of Mk 108 ensures effective removal of trash, dust & short fibres at the places where they are liberated. The suctin pipes are relevant part do not interfere with routine maintenance work. This integral system can be easily connected to teh centralised suctin system.

The latest design & techniques used guarantee minimum loss of good fibres in the waste collected.

Card can also be equipped for Intermittent Suction.
