• Perfect Lubrication machine is for spindles to maintain bearing life for longer period
• The machine is provided with 3 Oil Tanks
• The flushing and filling of oil to the Bolsters is done by two different special oil Guns
• One gun is for flushing and the other one is for topping
• Flushing gun is fitted with flushing and sucking tube used for flushing, bearing and sucking flushed oil from the spindle bolster
• The delivery of Topping gun is meant for filling fresh oil into the Bolster. It is calibrated one
• The calibration can be adjusted by screw to the required quantity of oil to be filled in to the different size of bolster
• Since the machine is compact, it is easy to move even in narrow alley between Ring-Frames
• It works with 230V A.C. Single phase
